- Selected YPAM Showcase
- Selected YPAM Fringe performances
Please note:
- All tickets are issued as QR codes. Admission requires presenting your QR code at the entrance on a smartphone, other electronic device, or as a printed copy.
- Payment is accepted via credit card (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, American Express, Discover).
- By creating a YPAM Ticketing account, you can view your purchase history and access your QR code tickets online. Account registration is recommended before purchasing tickets.
- Tickets purchased through YPAM Ticketing are non-refundable.
- Discounts for YPAM Registrants are valid only for the registrant and limited to one ticket per performance. Instructions for generating your unique YPAM Registrant coupon code have been sent in the confirmation email from Swapcard. Please have your unique code ready before purchasing your tickets. *Please refer here to see how to register for YPAM2025.
- Discounts for YPAM Registrants may not be available for some performances.
- For details on performances, or tickets offered through other platforms, please refer to each performance's program page on the YPAM website.
Important Notice (November 4, 2025)
We are currently experiencing a system error that may prevent tickets from being properly delivered. In some cases, confirmation emails are not sent and purchased tickets do not appear on My Page. After completing your purchase, please check both your registered email account and My Page to confirm that your ticket is available. If your ticket cannot be found, please contact us at ticket@ypam.jp. We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience and appreciate your understanding.
How To Purchase Tickets:
- Select a program from the list below, or visit its dedicated program page on the YPAM website and click the ticketing button to go directly to that program's ticketing page.
- Choose the date, ticket type, seat number, quantity, and any additional options, then add the tickets to your cart. Tickets are reserved in your cart for 15 minutes only, so please complete your payment within that time.
- Review your order on the order confirmation page, enter your name and email, and continue to payment. If you already have a YPAM Ticketing account, please log in before continuing. Complete your payment following the instructions from our payment processing service ZEUS.
- Your e-tickets and purchase confirmation will be sent to the email address you provided. Please check your inbox. Users with a YPAM Ticketing account can also access their e-tickets online in the purchase history.
