It came to our notice that YPAM Ticket Center was not allowing access from some countries and regions from October 5th to 16th at 3PM (UTC+9). The error has now been fixed and you should be able to access the page from your region.
We apologize to those who have experienced inconvenience due to the error.
Please also note that access to the ticket center might be temporarily disabled in case unauthorized access gets detected. If you encounter such a case, please send email@example.com an email with the name and date/time of the performance you wish to purchase a ticket for with the indication that you are experiencing an access error.
