YPAM

YPAM and The Japan Foundation are co-organizing the Performing Arts Exchange Program for young, Japan-based artists interested in exchange and collaboration with artists and organizations from ASEAN countries.

We sincerely appreciate the many applications we received for the exchange programs to Singapore and Bangkok announced in July. After careful consideration, the following four artists have been selected to participate in the Singapore exchange program (listed in Japanese alphabetical order):

Sei Kigawa (Dancer / Choreographer)
Minami Nakayashiki (Dancer / Choreographer)
Wataru Mukai (Composer / Artist)
Akane Yamaguchi (Playwright / Theatre Director)

A sharing session featuring the participating artists is scheduled to be held during YPAM in December. Further information will be announced closer to the event.
