Final registration period: From Wednesday, September 16 to Wednesday, September 30, 2026

YPAM Exchange Meeting Registration

Meeting application period: Tuesday September 1 – Friday October 16, 2026, until 17:00 (UTC+9)

Professional Registration

Early bird discount: JPY 8,800
Tuesday 1 September 2026, 10:00 – Wednesday 4 November 2026, 9:59

Standard rate: JPY 13,200
Wednesday 4 November 2026, 10:00 – Sunday 14 February 2027, 17:00
