YPAM and The Japan Foundation are co-organizing the Performing Arts Exchange Program for young, Japan-based artists interested in exchange and collaboration with artists and organizations from ASEAN countries.

We sincerely appreciate the many applications we received for the exchange programs to Singapore and Indonesia announced in June. After careful consideration, the following five artists have been selected to participate in the Singapore exchange program (listed in Japanese alphabetical order):

UENO Ryuki (Director / Playwright / Media Artist)
SHIKICHI Osamu (Choreographer / Dancer)
NAKAZAWA Akira (Choreographer / Performance Maker)
MORI Noriaki (Composer / Saxophonist / Producer)
WADA Hanako (Actor)

A sharing session featuring the participating artists is scheduled to be held during YPAM in February. Further information will be announced closer to the event.
