YPAM at internationale tanzmesse nrw 2024

In order to establish overseas networks and to showcase Japan's performing art works to the world, YPAM has been taking part in overseas events such as internationale tanzmesse nrw (Dusseldorf), CINARS (Montreal), and PAMS (Seoul). This year, in collaboration with public theatres, festivals and dance houses, we will be presenting a booth at the internationale tanzmesse nrw 2024 by the name “Japan Contemporary Dance Collection”.
The booth will be operated by Yokohama Red Brick Warehouse No.1, Dance Base Yokohama, Aichi Prefectural Art Theater, Tokyo Metropolitan Theatre and Yokohama International Performing Arts Meeting.

About internationale tanzmesse nrw:
Founded in 1994, internationale tanzmesse nrw is an international dance fair for contemporary dance held every two years in Dusseldorf, Germany. For 4 days at the end of August, approximately 1,800 performing arts practitioners from around the world gather at the fair, featuring exhibition booths, showcases and talks, for the marketing and distribution of dance productions, as well as networking and exchange opportunities.
